Welcome to the webpages of the Disability Support Service at DIT. There's lots of valuable information in these pages for any student with a disability, so click on the links at the bottom of this page to learn more.

The goal of the Disability Support Service is to ensure that no student with a disability experiences an educational disadvantage in accessing, fully participating in, and benefiting from, educational opportunities at DIT.

 Please note the date Friday the 23rd of March 2018. This is the last day to Register with the Service in order to obtain Exam Supports that you may need.

Are you Dare eligible?

Do you want to know more about the Dare Access Route to Education (DARE)? Feel free to view this presentation about DARE as it has clear and useful information.

A series of Workshops are available to all students. These involve:

Concentration strategies, note-taking, reading strategies, essay writing and presentation skills as well as exam preperation.

All workshops will be held in Kevin Strret Campus in Room 3-003. They begin on the 5th of October and every week until the 1st of December.

Each workshop begins at 1.10 and ends at 1.40. All are welcome to the workshops.
